Train-Track ("the app") is built to work fully offline for anyone who never uses trainer/coaching features. This page explains what's collected in either case.
Your workouts, routines, body measurements, and progress data are stored only on your device. Nothing is sent to us. Sharing a routine with another person (via AirDrop or file export) is a direct device-to-device transfer we never see.
Signing in with Apple creates an account on our server so a trainer's subscription can grant free access to their linked clients, and so a trainer can send routines to clients and see when they're completed. We collect:
This account data lives on our server (hosted on Cloudflare) only for as long as your account exists. Your day-to-day workout data (sets, reps, weights) stays on your device even while signed in, unless a trainer specifically sends you a routine or you report a completed one back to them.
Purchases and subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We never see or store your payment details. We receive only subscription status updates from Apple (active, expired, etc.) needed to grant trainer features.
You can sign out and delete your account at any time from Settings → Trainer & Coaching, which removes your account record and any trainer/client links from our server. Deleting the app removes all locally-stored workout data from your device.
Train-Track is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
